Yes, it is fine to sell 1pc, freight cost at your side.
2. How about the sample time?
Normally the sample time is 2-3 days, it depends on the stock material status.
3. How to pay the sample cost?

4. How about the payment for batch order?
TT payment :30% deposit , 70% balance against the copy of shipping documents.
LC or other payment methods can be discussed more.
5. How about the batch order lead time?
Normally 40-45 days, if there are any stock material, the lead time can be 10-20 days or shorter, it depends on the items' material condition.
6. Is it OK to have customers' appointed logo, packing like manual, box and so on?
Yes, it is OK to have customer design for batch order. For sample request, as the quantity is small, we need to charge the extra cost, we can discuss more for the details.
7. Is it OK to design and develop our own design products?
